For first time guests, we require a confidential consultation form be filled out prior to the treatment. To keep the serenity of the spa experience, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Valuables should not be brought into the facility, as we are not responsible for article lost or stolen. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
We respect your schedule and ask that you keep the appointments you book with us. If you cannot keep your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid being charged, call Zealous MediSpa, email cancellation will not be recognized. All no-show appointments will be charged in full. Prices are subject to change without notice. A credit card is required to reserve appointments over 2 hours.
Gift certificates are for services or a for a dollar amount. We can make suggestions and help create the perfect gift package. If for any reason you do not like the service(s) provided in your gift certificate that will be transferred to the dollar amount which the gift certificate was paid for. Gift Certificates never expire. Gift certificates are not refundable but are transferable.
Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services.
Comfort Level During the Treatment
If at any time of the treatment you are not completely comfortable, whether it is the pressure of the massage or the volume of the music, simply let the services providers know. This is your time and the services providers are there to make sure your experience is everything that you want to be.

All our staff has participated in a rigorous training program in clinical aesthetics or in their designated field. Either professionally certified or in apprenticeship, all our staff is required to upgrade regularly. We look forward to providing you with the very best treatments possible.

Gift Certificate Policies
- By redeeming the gift certificate, the recipient accepts and agrees to comply with all of these terms and conditions.
- Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
- Expired certificates are given a grace period of two weeks. Any certificates not used within that time are considered void.
- Gift certificate must be presented at time of service.
- Gift certificates cannot be transferred to another individual.
- Gift Certificates can only be exchanged for their cash value on the sale of Zealous MediSpa services and/or products which we sell.
- Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s gift certificate account, as no cash will be given on the unused portions of any gift certificate.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with either cash, debit or credit card at the time of its use.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates are void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced.
